Pst (Mrs) Esther Folashade Okunade is a trained Forester and Natural Resources Manager. She is a trained Wetland Manager, Trained Facilitator on Natural Resources Management (NRM) collaboration. She is a a certified ounsellor on Addiction and Substance Abuse.
She retired from the Federal Ministry of Environment in 2009 and since then, she has being a Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. She is a certified trainer on Biblical Addiction Counseling.
She is presently Coordinating Christ Against Drug Abuse Ministry (CADAM) Kaduna State Nigeria.
Due to her passion for peaceful coexistence and the need for Ami able conflict and dispute resolution in the society and especially in the church, she understood the mediation skills certification training by Settlement House ADR Training Institute (SHATI) and was fully certified and inducted as a full member of the Institute.
She has since her training and induction with SHATI, attended several continuous professional development training such as Effective way to maximise and claim value in negotiation, Navigating impasse and stalemates in mediation.
She is passionate about ADR and willing to volunteer for ADR organizations
