Salami Folorunsho Idowu Esq. is a Legal Practitioner of over 25years of active legal practice. He is the Principal Partner of F.I. Salami & Co., a firm of Legal Practitioners based in Kaduna Nigeria.
He has keen interest in civil and criminal litigation, corporate law and landlord and tenants matters.
He has represented clients at different levels of all the courts in Nigeria and is conversant with practice and procedures of the Nigerian court systems. Having practiced law for a long time, he realised the need to incorporate the practice of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) into his law practice in line with the provisions of the Rules of Professional Conducts for Legal Practitioners in Nigeria and as such, decided to enroll for the Dispute Resolution Skills Training and certification by Settlement House ADR Training Institute (SHATI) and was certified and duly inducted as a full member of the Institute.He is currently a member of Settlement House ADR Training Institute’s (SHATI) committee for the review of its training manual, a neutral and a faculty member. Since his induction as a full Member of SHATI, he has taken active steps to participate in continuous professional development training in Alternative Dispute Resolution within and outside SHATI.
