ESV. Ausi, Abraham Afolarin is a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, and registered member of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. He started his Estate Management practice at tutelage level from Lagos State in a firm of A. M John & Associates (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) and later with Mikail Olaniran & Co. in Ibadan, Oyo State. After graduation, he did his One (1) year compulsory National Youth Service at Yobe State.
In 2004, he started his full time working career in Estate Management Profession with a firm of Eric Ekumakama & Associates for Two (2) Years, then proceeded to the foremost and prestigious firm of Jide Taiwo & Co. In the firm of Jide Taiwo & Co., he served as head of Agency Department for Five (5) Years and as Assistant Manager/head of Property Management Department for Four (4) Years respectively before he voluntarily resigned in 2015.
He is a Principal Consultant of a.a. abraham consulting (Estate Surveying and Valuation Firm) which he established in 2015. The firm have over Two Hundred (200) properties in her management portfolio in Kaduna, Abuja and Lagos and have carried out several valuations for various purposes for clients nationwide. The firm has her Head Office in Kaduna State with branches in Abuja-F.C.T and Lagos State.
ESV. Ausi, Abraham Afolarin have held both appointed and elected executive positions in The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Kaduna State Branch and have served in several Committees/Faculty and still serving in the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers national body. He is a current Hon. Assistant Secretary of Kaduna State executive of NIESV.
He has been a member of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International for more than Fifteen (15) Years. He came up through the ranks serving as Voice Director and currently serving as Chapter Vice President.
ESV. Ausi, Abraham Afolarin is a Real Estate Professional without borders and recently expanding the frontiers of the Real Estate Practice into ADR (Arbitration and Mediation).
He is also a member of Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC).
He is married to Mrs. Adepeju Onitiri and they both have Four (4) biological children and One (1) adopted child.
