Certain Visitors registered as Neutrals, Members, or other panelists’ qualifications may also have access for participation in online dispute resolution under SHATI WebFile. SHATI may also use Registration Information to communicate with all Registered Visitors regarding SHATI WebFile proceedings, changes in Online Services functionality, features, billing, help desk and other activities relating to the operation of the Online Services. Finally, we may use limited Registration Information to improve the Online Services and for quality assurance purposes.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES SHATI COLLECT AND WHY?

Credit card payments made through the SHATI website are managed using a secure payment system called PAYSTACK. Paystack is PCI DSS Level 1 Certified.This is the highest, most stringent level of certification possible in the global payments industry.
All credit card data provided is processed securely by Paystack – the only data sent to SHATI are your contact details and the amount paid for training ADR trainings or services, for proper documentation and effective service delivery. Paystack charges a small fee of – 1.5% of the transaction plus N100 (excluding VAT) on Local transactions and 3.9% plus N100 on international transactions for each payment made.

DOES SHATI SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?
SHATI will never sell any personal data you submit to us to a third party. Non-personal information may occasionally be used to compile statistics.
