Do you ever think of becoming a certified ADR Practitioner with a specialty in Mediation? This is for you. Settlement House ADR Training Institute (SHATI) brings you the Institute’s Mediation Skills Training (MST) and Certification.

This training will provide all you need to start a successful career as an ADR Practitioner with specialty in Mediation as you will learn various skills and techniques such as mediation and conflicts resolution skills, negotiation skills, effective communication, active listening, conflict analysis, preparing and conducting a successful mediation session, emotional intelligence, understanding personality types, understanding agreements in mediation, culture in mediation and lots more. More importantly, you will learn how to start your mediation practice and you will also gain first hand knowledge on how to charge for ADR/mediation services in addition to role-plays and simulations.

SHATI upcoming Mediation Skills Training and Certification is scheduled to take place as follows:

Date: November, 21st  – 25th, 2023.

Time: 9am – 4pm daily

Venue: Kaduna State. The address shall be Communicated to registered participant

Course Fee Packages:
Full Membership: N300, 000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira)

Associate: N200, 000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira.
