This training will provide all you need to start a successful career as an ADR Practitioner with Specialty in mediation as you will learn various skills and techniques such as *mediation and conflicts resolution Skills, negotiation skills, Effective communication, active listening, conflict analysis, preparing and conducting a successful mediation session, emotional intelligence, understanding personality types, understanding agreements in mediation and lots more and more importantly, how to start your mediation practice and you will also gain first hand knowledge on how to charge for ADR/mediation services in addition to roleplays and simulations.

Course Fee:
